Case is on track and implementation is well under way.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"MsoNoSpacing\"><span lang=\"FR\">This use case consists of four processing steps and includes : magnetic particle inspection of the whole part, defect removal process by plasma gouging, a welding process to fill-up the defective areas and<br \/>a surface finishing step.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">SAFE METAL has been responsible for the\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">construction and integration of a new robotic line in its factory, which was\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">specifically designed to support the execution of this use case.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"MsoNoSpacing\"><span lang=\"FR\">Following the design work in 2023 and the conclusion of the procurement process in 2024, the construction work has been completed at the beginning of this year.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">The next step in the process is the\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">connection of the robots to the control unit, which is scheduled to take place i<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">n the coming weeks.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Thereafter, the partners intend to conduct\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">the preliminary testing to implement all the processes in real conditions\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">before developing self-configuring technologies.<\/span><span style=\"font-size:
